No, we are not a university, college, trade school or academy. Our classes are non-vocational & non-postsecondary. and does not require approval under the Ministry of Advanced Education & Skills Development. Our classes are classified under Single Skills Training, Professional Development & Personal Interest or Hobby Course. We also do not provide masterclasses for over 40 hours of instruction nor is there any single Masterclass we have that costs more than $2000

Yes, all applicable tax charges are applied at checkout. We charge 13% sales tax as per the province of Ontario.

We are an online business that operates Canada-Wide. Our Head office is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Being a high risk health care worker, I am constantly exposed to COVID. Some of my closest relationships are very high risk health workers who are extensively involved with covid patients. We all know how transmissible & contagious this virus is to know that I would & WILL take every precaution to protect myself, family, students & business. All online classes require live models, assignments, product lists, waivers, demo videos, quizzes, printable manuals, kits (if purchased) & support. You are GIVEN ALL the information & resources as if I am there in person. We have enrolled over 1000 students since June 2020 in our Online Classes! We have also resorted to E-certificates which are emailed to students upon completion of classes.

Since we are not a university, college, trade school or academy, T2202 Enrollment & Tuition Certificates are not provided and therefore our classes are not tax deductible.

Yes, everyone is provided with an instant email copy of a receipt upon enrollment of our classes.

You will have access for up to 1 year for class content. If you still require access after 1 year, you will need to purchase further online access which is $99.99 and is valid for 1 year. New Policy: You will need to be an approved member in order to access our content. If your access has expired, you will need to purchase a new access pass for $99.99. Please use your order number as reference if you are unsure when you signed up. Current Students who have signed up within the past year, you will need to contact us for your new account to be activated. All new activated accounts will now have a set expiration date. Please note we do not provide lifetime membership/access.

It takes 24-48 hours to receive logins and up to 5-10 business days to receive certificates upon successful completion of all required classes.

No, there is no time frame as all our classes are self-paced. Your access expires after 1 year.

Everyone who enrolls in our classes must fill out Confidientility Agreement stating they are consenting not to duplicate or copy our classes in any way & agreeing that legal will be taken if our classes, manuals, videos or content of any sort is replicated, Please note: You need a Certificate of Adult Teaching/Education or an Educator’s certificate from a Registered University, College or Academy in order to be a credible, legitimate Educator, without this any person(s) or business certificates are invalid.

There is no governing body or associations who accredit any person or business in Canada. The beauty industry is unregulated with the exception of the province of Nova Scotia & New Brunswick.

There is a standard shipping charge of $20 on orders that include kits.

You can chose to complete the classes you want and omit any classes you do not wish to complete. Please note: no refunds or certificates will be given.

Yes where applicable depending on the business or store/online store you can present your certificate to obtain memberships and receive discounts depending on the policies they have.

Our Educator has over 20 years experience in the beauty industry & over 4 years of Clinical Teaching experience in the industry. She holds a Certificate in Clinical Education from a registered post-secondary institution and is a 2x graduate of an Ontario College of Applied Art & Technology holding 2 diplomas in Nursing/Hospital Unit Management & Health Records Management. She also works on the one of the leading hospital systems in the Greater Toronto Area.
